I wasted many days going to local stores to get a price quote for a 16/16 room... had to make an appointment... etc... forget that! In less than a minute I got what I wanted from Tappeto. Just follow the easy steps online and the prompts that are sent via text and email. Super easy!! The carpet is lush, customer service was excellent and install by Romanoff was fast and professional!! This company was awesome!!! Our carpet looks and feels great. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. I can not give enough praise for their communication. Melissa walked us through every step. She texted, she made follow up calls and even sent an extra sample with out even being asked. Christian the head installer did a great job and was very courteous of our time and space. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The online ordering process was easy and flawless. Immediate response to questions and samples arrived very quickly. They set up an install date and would send periodic texts and emails with directions on how to prep. The morning of the installation, we got a text saying the crew was on their way. We had cleared out as much furniture as we could prior to their arrival. The crew was very friendly and professional. They helped move the heavier furniture and were very careful not to hit any walls or door jambs. Once the installation was complete, they helped move everything back into the rooms. They did a very clean and professional job. We highly recommend using this company. We will be using them again when we are ready to carpet our downstairs. Go with confidence!
