Clearwater Spa

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Well taken care of and the pool area is resort like. The maintenance is fast and efficient. The office staff is nice and friendly.

it’s a beautiful complex and I feel comfortable walking my dog any time of day in the area. there’s also a dog park area which I love and there’s usually community events going on which are a lot of fun. overall really love living here!

I absolutely love living here! Jessica was great to work with from tour to move-in. Maintenance is very responsive, respectful and friendly. The amenities are wonderful and well taken care of. My apartment is beautiful with all the bells and whistles (and I can't hear my neighbors, which is a huge bonus!) I really love the community events they put on, which helps me meet my neighbors and feel a part of the community. Happy Friendsgiving!

We knew right away when we entered the Rental Office that this was the place for us. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful.
There are many amenities and the property is well maintained.
All of the Smart home features were a huge plus.
We are happy to call this home until our new home we are building is finished.
