  I first came to Dr. Florence several years ago when my regular dentist in Mountain Home recommended him for a periodontics' evaluation which ultimately required surgery for a bone grafts. Dr. Florence was great and the grafts were done with no complications. I have continued to visit his office semi-annually as well as my regular dentist for cleanings and examinations and the results have been great. The staff, to include Brittany, Casey, and Shala have likewise been caring and professional....a true pleasure to work with.

  I have been going to Dr. Florence for over 30 years. He and his team have helped me keep my teeth and greatly improved my oral health over the years. He has a first class practice! The best people, tools and skills. Everyone is very professional accommodating and knowledgeable. This is where you want to go for painless highly skilled care.

  Dr. Demetter did beautiful work with my 11 year old daughter. Immediately after her procedure I could already see the difference. She was understandably apprehensive and he was kind, calm and put her at ease. I was very impressed with his manner and his accessibility should there been any after care issues - thankfully we have had none. Highly recommend!

  I think they are one of the best dental specialist any where in the country. Dr Florence really cares for his patents and tries to do everything he can so you can keep the your own teeth. As for dental hygienist in my opinion no one beats Kacie. I make my appointment around her schedule so I know I will get her. She is a great PERSON and hygienist until she brings out that salt spray at the end of the cleaning. :)

  I have had nothing but great care since I was first referred to Dr. Florence a few years ago. I had to have a few surgeries involving bone grafting and it was a major success. I have had regular follow-ups and cleanings since then and at 50 years of age my dental health has never been better. The front office staff have always been great with my appointments/billing (dealing with my insurance company). Kacie always has a great attitude, she does an amazing job during my cleanings and I feel like (thanks to Kacie and Dr. Florence) I will have great dental health long into the future.
