Boise Fry Company

Delicious food that you can feel good about eating. I've been roaming Boise looking for a tasty burger, and was very happy with the Bison burger here. Staff was very friendly and full of positive energy. My only gripe is that the Bourgeois fries were overly salted and seasoned to the point I could not finish the, which was upsetting because it was delicious! I will definitely be going here again!

Great place to go to get flavorful burgers just the way you want them. And there's so many selections of different fries made from different potatoes. It's amazing the variety of choices they have, even down to all the sauces and seasonings you can put on your fries.

Well … as it turns out the fries were just OK but the burger and Brussels sprouts were absolutely wonderful! I had the sweet potato fries and they were tasty but not crispy. You can dress everything up with a lot of different sauces and flavored salts. Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for a burger and fries and brussels sprouts

Ordered a side of Brussels, curly fries and a classic burger. We didn’t realize you have to add cheese which would have been a great addition. Fries could have been crunchier. I’d say the perk of this is all the “fun” dipping sauces and seasoning you can add to “make your own fries”. If you’ve never been in Boise, probably worth checking out.
