So happy we found LSI! We had our son in the “chain swim school” when we first relocated and after timing how much instruction my child got, it came out to under 2 min out of a 30 min lesson. Lessons at LSI are meaningful and they have a great shallow pool the kids can use comfortably to work on getting comfortable on what they have been working on with the ability to stand up if they don’t feel comfortable. We have done one session and will continue- in that one session, my son has worked on diving, freestyle, (all with GOOD technique in mind). The instructors are great- my son works with Charlie- she grew up in this gym and it shows. It’s clear they care- First about safety, and I am blown away by the progress in such a short time!! Definitely recommend!

I play water polo for 8 years, and I have looked everywhere for a strong swimming lessons for my kids that would really teach them how to swim, I finally found at Lifestyle Swimming.
Her technique is outstanding and her instructors are wonderful with kids! I feel my kids gain so much in only a few months. I definitely recommend this place over any other swimming school in town .

This is an amazing swim school with awesome instructors. The owner is personable and cares so much for the kids. My boys took lessons starting at age 3 and it gave them so much confidence in the water and the ability to swim. We love Susanne and her family and staff!

My kids have taken swimming lessons here on and off for years. While there have been a lot of issues with instructors not showing up for their shifts since COVID (causing the owner to have to scramble and be in 4 places at once), it is the best swimming instruction around. There is probably high demand for these lessons, but my recommendation to the owner would be to scale back on the number of lessons taught each week until she can make sure every class has proper attention. If that means she teaches only three classes a day, so be it. Lots of businesses are struggling to find good employees right now, and my heart especially goes out to smaller businesses who can’t find dependable people to work for them.

I would hundred percent recommend this to anyone who is looking for their children to learn how to swim. Myself being a former water polo player an avid swimmer I am by far impressed with the lessons and instructors. I wish I had something like this when I was a kid teaching me how to swim correctly. Anyone that asks me, this is where I always will recommend them to take their kiddos. You can’t go wrong here. I personally think that it is better than the YMCA or Goldfish Academy or any of those other pop up’s in the a Treasure Valley. Love all the instructors! My kiddo is excited for her swim lessons twice a week. :) pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny!
