William did such a great job! He replaced carpet in a small area and blended so nicely! I have a puppy and he is potty training so you can imagine my carpets and they are beautiful! William James of Northwest Steamers did an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning and stretching our carpets! Our aging carpets look new again. I didn't even know they could look like this. He even applied some specialized stain remover in a couple of areas and brought the carpet back to life! I would be remiss to mention that he did all of this at a most reasonable rate, well below what I was expecting. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional -- and all at a very competitive rate.
