Tyler was amazing. Very patient and friendly. Handled our families new phone set up very efficiently. It’s always nice to leave the store with your issues fully resolved.

Visited the Verizon store on Lake Hazel with the intention of getting a new plan or canceling altogether because of the increase in monthly charges. I was offered a promotional plan with a new phone that was impossible to pass up... Both the gentleman at the store were professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful experience in customer service. Highly recommend this place!

Mick was the main person helping me and I appreciated how helpful, kind, and knowledgeable he was. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a phone or just information to stop in. A very stress free experience.

I can not say enough about the folks at this store! They know what they are doing and they CARE about what they are doing. To find either of these traits at a cellular store is rare but to find both together- wow! Andy A. took care of me and he was professional, easy to work with and lived up to his promises. Michaela was also involved as our account was being moved from personal to business and she manages that part of the business/customer relationship. She did the “behind the scenes work and it seemed almost seamless - great job! But the hardware, setup and transfer all done by Andy. He is very responsive and stays on top of things - we were waiting on a shipment and he texted me the day it arrived. Again, they have the “easy” stuff down - they know how to keep you happy and produce for you - my phones are our companies life blood and Andy had to accomplish some creative flips to keep the whole team functional and he did it!

I highly recommend this location to everyone considering any service or product that Verizon offers - they are top notch!! Ask for Andy he’s the best! 😊
