I was moving in had to go into the Boise location, once Caldwell open up, they adjust my rate, and I moved on in. They have lots of space, with low cost, between the 2 locations. Sara is very freindly and will promotly get back with you, if need be. Easy access in and out of storage.

Needed a spot to store my Travel Trailer on short notice and Simply Storage came to the rescue. The process online and over the phone was great with awesome response time. Sara was great to work with and was very friendly. All of the great reviews online didn't disappoint.

Storing a travel trailer here for the last 10 months or so. Easy access to site right off Victory with a stop light as well. Clearly marked spots, especially with the added sidelines. Nice clean and smooth gravel lot. Setup was easy and haven’t had a problem since.

This is a very secure facility with easy in and out access. I rented here with my 31' travel trailer and never had any issues. The lot is flat gravel and is in good condition. Parking spaces are clearly numbered and boundaries are well marked. Staff is friendly and attentive and the rental fees are very reasonable for the area. Would rent with them again.
