  By far, the easiest and fastest check in and check out car rental I've ever experienced. Car was immaculately clean! First time using Alamo; will definitely stick with them.

  We arrived at the Boise airport at 10:40pm and went to the Alamo rental counter and found a sign stating to go next door to the Enterprise counter. We were pleasantly surprised when the young lady had our reservation close at hand already. We signed the paperwork and handed the keys and on our way in no time. The vehicle was easy to find and in excellent condition. The return was just as efficient and it was an overall great experience. Thank you.

  Easy to locate desk and check out was quick, with a free rental upgrade! Rental car pickup was easy to find, and car was clean in and out. Drop off was a snap! Although I was disappointed that a Nissan Maxima didn't have built in navigation. The only issue was vehicles "due maintenance" data display kept coming on and required constant resetting.

  I've rented twice now from Alamo during my two trips to Boise. The friendliness of the city certainly shows in the customer service at the airport counter. The process is simple, efficient and very customer-oriented. It is night and day compared to service at other airports I've visited. Thank you BOI Alamo staff. I'll be back!

  I booked a 7 passenger vehicle through Costco Travel for a family road trip. The price was great, the people were friendly, and the overall experience was great. The only negative was that we were traveling through mountainous terrain and the brakes were already heavily worn. They probably should have been replaced before I picked up the vehicle. Even though I downshifted to engine brake on every steep downhill grade, they began squeaking less than halfway through the trip; primarily from the front passenger wheel. I contemplated contacting Alamo to arrange an exchange, but personally examined the brake pads and determined there was enough left to complete the journey. Other than that minor issue, there were no problems. It was a good experience.
