  I’m not a lady, and haven’t worked out here, but I know the strong character of the owner Cari, and the vibrant belief in the power of community Kaia FIT stands for. I’d send the ladies in my life here without hesitation.

  I’ve been a member of Kaia Fit since before we ever had this amazing gym. Having our own space has been incredible for the growth. I often have to work out at 5 am and by the end of the workout I am actually awake and in a way better mood then when I started usually thanks to the coach or the friends working out all around me.

  I am new to the program but I am loving it so far. I am enjoying meeting new people. Everyone is very kind, encouraging and helpful. I like the different things that we get to do every week to keep things exciting!! I also liked that tget offer the first week free of charge to see to allow you to see if it's a good fit.

  As a physical therapist I know what exercises to do at a regular gym but I often struggle with motivation and accountability; however, that is not the case at kaia. It's a wonderful group of women that become your gym family and it's lead by the amazing Cari Powers that knows every member but name. Where else can you get that kind of atmosphere? No where.

  I had a wonderful time with Cari with her personal training program. One of the things that made this experience better than all the others was Cari's approach to fitness. It was a step by step program instead change my life in week. It was incredibly effective, and I saw amazing results, even though I am not a women it was great experience and always felt safe and comfortable.
