  Customer service was Amazing! Very patient with our questions and concerns. Our sails rep took the time to listen to and help our son chose the right phone for him and was respectful of our budget. Our family will be using this location fom now on.

  WiFi wouldn't work at our home, then the store employee simply gave us an advice to call cable provider, which made a lot of sense, since it's a cable issue we weren't aware of.... WiFi at the store worked great but it wouldn't work at home. Yes, we looked at YouTube videos but it's the same issue. All I can say is that she was a great help telling us it could be cable problem. Thanks..... ????
