Great service very friendly!

I've participated with this building as an outside agency several times. I have always been impressed by the compassionate, caring staff here. Residents are well taken care of and seem very happy. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living.

My Grandmother recently moved to Ashley Manor from another Boise home, and the difference in care couldn't be more different, and she couldn't be happier. The sparkle has literally returned to her eyes. The facility itself is warm and welcoming, and as you walk through you hear and see all the life buzzing around you. The staff at Ashley Manor seem happy to be there doing their jobs, which is a refreshing change. Everyone is upbeat and attentive to the residents, conversing and joking with them like the are human beings who still deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. My Grandma has blossomed back into the social butterfly she used to be. She enjoys being out of her room again, even though her new room is so much bigger and more beautiful than her last. And let me not forget to mention the wonderful food they prepare for the residents. I literally avoided eating at her old facility LIKE THE PLAGUE! Now when I visit Grandma, I can't wait to see what's on the menu. All in all, Ashley Manor has allowed our family to take a breather knowing my Grandma is finally receiving the extraordinary care she deserves.
