  We took our Lincoln in for an oil change and to look at our key fob. We found that leaving our car on Saturday morning and just waiting for them to call was a great way to have a stress free oil change and service check. They also replaced and programmed our key fob at no cost with our warranty. Our experience with Lithia Ford was very good. The communication and professionalism was top notch. Thanks Jessica for keeping us in the loop and informed.

  The gang at Lithia was really helpful this past weekend when I came in to look at a used vehicle that I had been interested in. Randy in sales was great about giving background info about the car and quickly assisting me with the purchase of it along with facilitating the trade-in of my own car. The pricing was competitive on the Nissan Maxima I purchased and I received a fair price for my trade-in. At no time was I pressured to make a deal. Christian was also helpful and friendly during the financing process. I would not hesitate to come back for another deal in the future or to refer them to others I know looking to make a purchase.   This daunting process of buying a new car was made so much more pleasurable with the help of Lithia's people - from reception to management I was treated with respect and a great deal of patience.   I usually dread the vehicle buying process but these guys and girls somehow makes the process easy and enjoyable. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 4 or 5 years and never once felt pressured, which is a big pet peeve of mine. I'd highly recommend Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise to anyone.

  This was my second purchase from Lithia. I was treated with respect and enjoyed my experience with Chance White and the finance staff. I currently have the truck being serviced for a check engine light which is being handled under the dealership warranty. So far I am pleased with the service and help I have received. The final verdict will be in once I get the truck back in a couple days and find it all corrected and good to go. Thanks for a good experience. Glenn Jones
