  Outstanding customer service. Brad was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made you feel like you were the only customer he had to deal with all day. All work was performed in a timely manner and the vehicle was returned cleaned. All work was reasonably priced. A follow up call was done later in the day to make sure everything was ok. Will continue to use this dealership services. Thank you Brad

  Armin did a great job! I’ve been in the car industry for over 10’years and haven’t been treated this well in awhile. He went above and beyond to help and serve however he can! I got some Accessories put on and he gave updates along the whole way! You can tell he is very passionate about his job. Peterson Lexus keep Armin around! Thanks again!

  I was impressed from the get go. I test drive cars at Peterson BMW, Toyota, and Lexus. All of the sales associates were so incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. I never once felt pressured, or like I was inconveniencing anyone by wanting to test drive multiple cars. They really felt like a great, cohesive team of sales people.
  I ultimately ended up buying a Lexus with Robert. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me lots to think about, and definitely made me feel comfortable and happy with my choice. He had amazing service and kept me informed on everything that was going on. He introduced me to all the people that I would need to know for future appointments, and even helped me when I came back with questions later in the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  My experience with Peterson Lexus the last two days has been great! First of all, I wanted a specific car (I'm a bit picky), and amazingly they found the exact one I wanted in no time at all. They called me back quickly, made me a great deal, and gave me a very fair price for my beloved trade-in. Shortly after that they called me to let me know the exact things I needed to bring with me (we live 5 hours away from them, so that was very important). Finally the paper signing was quick and professional. This is my second Lexus, and I bought both from Peterson's eight years apart. Thanks guys...it was awesome.

  Zach D had did his best to get us in & out in an hour. We didn't expect to wait even longer on the car being detailed. It was worth the wait. Great job Zach!
