  UDPATE: Our hot tub was delayed due to supply chain issues, but Brent and Rob worked with us to keep us in the loop and help us get the hot tub as soon as possible.
  
  I dealt with a few other hot tub providers and they felt like used car salespeople from the 90s. Idaho Spas was totally different and was an enjoyable buying experience. Prices were clearly displayed and I could hop in any of the tubs to see how I fit which was important because at 6'3" I don't fit in many of the lounger seats. Rob was super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. There were no hidden fees and when we decided to purchase, we were surprised that it only took us a few minutes to handle the paperwork and make the purchase. We definitely recommend Idaho Spas!

  My wife and I worked with Earl at Idaho Spas and had a great experience. He was attentive to any concerns, provided answers to our questions, and hooked us up with a great hot tub. Delivery was quick and included in the purchase. The delivery workers were very helpful and kind.

  Stopped in today do some hot tub shopping. Met Earl the sales Dude. He was super helpful to my girlfriend and I. He was able to explain all the pros and cons and differences in the different styles and models of hot tubs. We were really just out to look and check out the options. Earl was so helpful and friendly that we worked out a deal on a new hot tub and look forward to getting it in the backyard and operational next week. Absolutely would recommend Earl Sorels and Idaho Spas.

  My experience with Rob Ball at Idaho Spas was exceptional. From the first moment my husband and I walked in Rob was there to greet us with a smile and he was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a hot tub. Delivery and set up went flawless. I even had some questions about some of the functions in the spa the next day and Rob returned my call quickly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Idaho Spas if you are looking to buy a hot tub. Ask for Rob he was fantastic.
