Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses

My girlfriend and I live in a smaller apartment and were struggling to find a sectional that fit our needs. After going to furniture store after furniture store, we happened upon Wallaroo’s. We found the perfect sectional! Small enough to fit our apartment AND had built in storage with a hide-away bed. Jason was awesome at helping us out and forewarned that they were out of stock, but they should have it in the store around late June, early July. Our experience up until this point was great…however, communication became an issue. Late June rolled around and we didn’t get an update on the status of our order. Early July rolled around…nothing. So we called and were told it would be in within a week and we’d hear from someone to schedule delivery. A week later, nothing. We called again and were told we were looking at mid July. There was a lot of miscommunication and frustration. We finally got our couch today…almost 6 weeks after ordering it and we are ecstatic. It is such a high quality sectional and we’re pleased with the purchase. Even though we did get apologies for the miscommunication issues, I still recommend that Wallaroo finds some way to keep track of customers and keep them in the loop with what is happening with their order versus having them call multiple times. That said, I’d purchase furniture from them again. Great quality for reasonable prices!

Wallaroo’s furniture is the best furniture shop in all of Idaho! I went in for a couch for the living room, thank goodness for Kate, cause she helped me and the roommates furnish our entire house! I’m talking new beds, frames, end tables, kitchen table and chairs, and an awesome living room sofa set and coffee table. We couldn’t be happier! Even though we’re a few Kangaroos loose in the top paddock, she gave a beaut of a deal!!

We had been looking for a couch for a few weeks in stores and months online. I was about to just settle for anything when we were told about Wallaroo’s. Service was excellent. Jason made it super easy and not stressful at all. Nothing was 6+ months out. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.

Can’t express how pleased we are with this whole process. From initially going to look at sectionals, to ours being delivered to our home we had impeccable service. We did not feel pressured when looking for what we wanted and our salesman was hilarious and down to earth. It was delivered just a few days later. It was slightly bigger than we thought it would be and the delivery guys had no problem changing the direction it was placed once we realized that. Again they were down to earth and funny and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend for friends and family and will be returning for future purchases!

5 out of 5! Highly recommend. I found the exact couch I wanted here for a very fair and affordable price. The couch was not available in store the same day but I was pleased with how quick they were able to have the couch in stock from another store and delivered to my address. Joe provided phenomenal customer service from the moment I walked into the store through delivery. I would give a higher rating if I could because of Joe himself. He made my experience very easy. I enjoyed his recommendations of new places to explore in Idaho and his friendly, inquisitive conversation. I now sit on my new couch, in my new apartment watching Lord Of The Rings thankful to Joe for going above and beyond in every step to reach this point. I recommend shopping at Wallaroo’s but I highly recommend chatting with Joe.
