I have been to other metro stores and this store had the best customer service by far. The employees were friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs

(March 20, 2020, 1:07 pm)I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was working March 19th at around 1 pm
She was awesome! I went to 3 other stores that told me my phone download issues were a phone problem that I needed to go to the apple store fix. Or that there wasn’t room on my cloud, or various other reasons so they didn’t have to deal with it.
She suggested backing up my old phone again and factory resetting the new one.
It worked. I have everything. Great customer service!! -
