Went outside to smoke while I checked my funds to verify proper amount in account. She gave me plenty of grace. Then politely came out and asked me the consumer what I was wanting to do with my items. She was very nice and we both came to a mutual understanding of what was happening. She passed with flying colors. It was after all the end if her shift. Probably had to deal with all sorts of personalities and managed to handle her position in the most appropriate way. Her name is Michelle... French origins male name Micheil meaning Like God. Wish we had more Michelle's in this world... We need them.. to her boss. She needs a raise. Deserves it. “My wife and I spent three weeks in Boise. We stopped roughly a dozen times at the Ranch Market when we rode our bikes on the Greenbelt. On Memorial Day I saw the OWNER and his son power washing the gas station islands. I went over and told him how excited I was to see him working with his son to take such good care of his store. He told me that his father taught him the value of hard work and he was passing it on to his son. True American Values on display and witnessing this on Memorial Day was great for this veteran. Every employee I encountered in the Ranch Market was great. Stop in and see Brandon, Ginger and all the other great employees. What a great store.”

“I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total). When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes. When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.”

“It is awkward having to seek medical attention for foot fungus. Dr. Blackmer and his staff, Jenny and Bree made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in his office. On follow-up visits, they remembered me, my name, and previous office visits. If your feet are ugly from athletes foot, ingrown nails, etc. and you are embarrassed to go to a doctor, wait no longer. They have seen everything there and they want to help you find relief. I strongly recommend Dr. Blackmers office.”
