“I knew I wanted a doula for support during my birth, but what we received from Heather was so much more! Heather is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yes, but her ability to calm me down and keep me focused during a very long and difficult labor was the golden ticket. I relied on her so much for comfort and support, and she delivered. My husband and I agreed that we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. During the worst of it, I did not want to have a single contraction without her by my side. On top of days of prompt communication as I started laboring, she remained with us for well over 24 hours in the hospital. She is extremely hands on and guided me through multiple positions and assisted my husband in how to help me best. She communicated well with my midwife, who was impressed by how knowledgeable and hands on she was. Her birthing classes are a must for any first time mom, and I recommend her for birth photography as well! You get much more than what you bargained for when you hire Heather. We will absolutely be using her again!”
