“I do love our senior park, the people are outstanding! But the California company, IPG, that bought our park and another senior park in Boise are horrific! We moved into Granger Estates in 2008 with lot rent of $325 per month, and that includes water. IPG purchased our park in 2018 and lot rent is now $572.00 per month. Anyone new moving into the park pay an additional $100 per month, plus an average of $27 per month for water and another $27 per month for sewer! At this time, water has been grandfathered in for those of us living here when the park was purchased. IPG has looked into placing water meters at every home, and we know that a water charge will probably be coming in the future. There are 65 lot spaces in our park. We have already been told that 'yes, lot rent will go up each year'. We will be seeing a 90 day notice of rent increase sometime in July, for the increase to take place November 1st. For the rent increase, residents were given a new coffee pot and a water cooler in the clubhouse, window blinds and paint for the clubhouse has happened during the pandemic. Our roads, zero; sidewalks, zero. We now have to pay $25 for each space in the RV parking lot, that has always been free to residents. In the 15 months since the Covid pandemic set in, there has not been one single case of the Coronavirus among our residents. Everyone uses plane good common sense, and we have not had a problem. But our clubhouse has continued to be locked to us. But if you are looking for great neighbors and good people to get to know, Granger Estates is the place for you!”

“I had my lips down by Travis April 21st, 2021!I was SO nervous (not a fan of needles lol) I was sweating head to toe and anxious as ever. For my new lips and being in a new environment. The receptionist was so kind and bubbly!! She really made me feel welcome. Travis definitely helped my anxious self when I got into the room. He was bubbly as well and was singing with the radio and dancing a bit. He did pretty well at keeping my nerves at bay. My lips came out so natural and I’m so in love with them. I’m honestly thinking of going a bit bigger and wanting to come back to him. He was just so easy going and wonderful. He was a vibe and had an awesome personality. “Dr. Portela is an amazing surgeon. He recently performed Mohs on my forehead and it required a lot of stitches to close me up. It was not an easy surgery since it was in the same location I already had a lot of scar tissue due to a prior surgery. Three weeks later and I can't believe how well it's healing. His work is top notch. Highly recommend Dr. Portela if your skin requires surgery. He spent extra time pre-op and during the procedure to ensure we would both be pleased with the results.”

“Getting a new roof might be kind of routine if you’re just slapping on a new layer of shingles, but when two layers of old shingles must be removed, it is an ugly and messy job (lots of stuff falling to the ground). While tarps are used on the ground, they don’t catch everything. We were amazed at the end of each day how clean they left the premises. Once the shingles were off, they broom cleaned the plywood and repaired any questionable areas (and there were several). Flashing on the chimney wasn’t done correctly when the house was built and there had been one attempt to fix it. The Regatta team took it apart and fixed it correctly. On the third day of the job, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled through. There were some old shingles still in place, areas where shingles had been removed and underlayment placed, and some new shingles had been started. There were no leaks and because they had cleaned the roofing debris from the gutters, the runoff went where it was supposed to. They had planned 5 days to do the job and that’s what it took. Their workers are friendly and efficient. The price was exactly as bid. Regatta Roofing is a professional company and it was a pleasure working with them. Time will tell how good the new roof is, but it looks great now and based on the thunderstorm, I expect no problems.”
