Great experience...like the 'Friends' place where everyone knows your name. Kelly is the best nurse who understands your concerns and Dr. Luque listens very well to your concerns. I'm sorry she is retiring. Enjoy retirement Doc!
I've had good experiences at Dr. Luque herself. I felt that she addressed my health issues well and she has a good bedside manner in my opinion which is nice when you aren't feeling well. I also felt that her nurses took good care of me as well. I've had mixed experiences with the front receptionists in the past but overall my experiences have been good.
Dr Luque took the time to listen and explain all my issues. Her patience, knowledge and warmth are extremely appreciated in this time of personal distress.
