The Cottages in Meridian have a wonderful staff who greatly care for the residents and treat them like family. Residents enjoy an all around great quaility of life with stimulating activities and delicious homemade healthy meals. Leadership works diligently to foster an environment where staff feel appreciated and residents feel dignified. Staff are professional, they watch out for residents and report changes in a timly manner, and they always seem willing to go the extra mile to show kindness!

My sweet little mother has been a Cottages resident for 3 1/2 years . During that time her dementia progressed and she moved from the Assistant Living Building to the Memory Care Building next door. Shortly after that move the Covid virus changed all of our lives and I could not visit my Mom. The caregivers at the Cottages have truly looked after my Mom with the kindness and patience that I would have had she been in my care. They communicate regularly with me concerning her needs and are always there to answer my questions. Because there are just 15 residents in each building, each resident receives the needed individual attention. I am so grateful to the staff at the Meridian Cottages for all that they do for Mom and for me. I would highly recommend them to any family in need of assisted living for a loved one.

Spouse has been in The Cottages in Meridian for just over two months. Staff has been a pleasure to work with. Even during these times of COVID they are doing a great job. I'm able to have window visits and can bring special treats. My spouse is content and even though an introvert, is starting to get to know the other residents. It is a struggle for her with her dementia. Note: I did have one issue, late on a Friday afternoon. The staff and corporate got involved to solve the issue. I'm grateful for their willingness to work late on a Friday to take care of my spouse. Bottom line: Residents are treated like family!

Wonderful place to be part of! Great staff, they care about what they do! Would recommend them highly and would put my loved one at this facility.

Nicole is an amazing administrator who goes above and beyond for her residents every day and her staff is also just as amazing! The Cottages of Middleton is definitely a place I would highly recommend for a loved one.
