  I was told by my local dealer they could get to my bike in November and what they would charge. I called around and found JMR Motorcycle Repair. He said he was very busy but if I dropped it off it would go into the queue; about 3-4 weeks out. He got to it in 4 weeks, spent 2 days completely fixing the issues, performed additional work that he found was needed, washed it, filled the tank, and STILL charged less than the dealer had quoted.
  Bike runs great. Big thanks to the straight talking folks at JMR.

  I noticed I'd blown a fork seal on my Africa Twin. Called and they took in the bike right away. The shop was REALLY busy but they still got my bike done in 1 business day and charged me a reasonable price for the work.
  Even though it was 10 min from closing when I picked it up, they took the time to discuss suspensions (in general) and setup of my bike.
  
  I will definitely be back with my other bike in the near future.
  
  Highly recommend.

  I had an issue where a bolt got cross-threaded or somehow stuck in my fender and then the stupid thing snapped off, leaving a tightly plugged fender hole, preventing me from mounting my saddlebags or even properly securing my rear fender. I decided to see what JMR could do about it, and they managed to extract the piece of broken bolt shaft and get my saddlebag hardware mounted in under a couple hours. These guys are go-getters and problem solvers!
