I had a great experience. They told me exactly how to follow the steps so I could get my registration done. The beautiful lady was kind and a kind attitude.

This facility is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable agents. I arrived at 8:15 in the morning and was greeted by an agent who asked for my name and cell phone number. She then gave me a number to confirm my place in line. There were already many people ahead of me and I was told that the current wait time was about 2-1/2 hours. She said that I would receive two text messages. One immediately to confirm my number, and a second message which would be sent in about 2 hours when I was number 10 in line allowing me about 20 minutes to get back to the DMV. That’s exactly what happened!When I got back I sat down and waited only a few minutes before my number was called. I was given courteous and professional service and only had to wait about 15 minutes to complete my business. The mass influx of people moving here from other states is naturally causing all Idaho DMV offices to be overwhelmed.
That said, the entire process was incredibly efficient. Regarding some of the (relatively few) nasty comments posted by others, I would remind them that they are in Idaho now.....

I walked in, was given a number, and immediately called to a window! I got my motorcycle registered I mentioned that I would have to come back to transfer my vanity plates to a different vehicle but didn't have the registration with me. The gal who helped me said that she could do that for me right then and there. So I was able to get that taken care of, as well! Five stars for fast and friendly service. :-)
