Mobil 1 Lube Express Chinden

They are really busy on Saturdays. I would recommend going on a weekday and it doesn't take them very long to change your oil.

I went to two places before coming here. I have a 2022 Kia Carnival and no one had the filter part for my oil change. Mobil 1 offered to run to run to a parts place and get the filer for me because they didn't have it. That alone to offer the service to get something they don't have at another location won my business.

During the oil change the crew was very nice and wanted to get to know you even though a line was starting to form. You did not feel like you were rushed and they took care of you. I also had my daughter in the car and they gave her lollypops and chatted with her as well. Very personal staff.

The oil change was a little more than I thought I was going to pay but the service and kindness they showed was worth it. I had some other questions about my car and even though they couldn't work on my car about it, they told me where to go and what to ask for.

Also, in the past I know this location will hold car washes to support Troop 132 scouts. Which is why I wanted to come here 1st but due to the lines, I ended up coming back later. I am glad I did.

I recently had my oil changed at your Chinden location! I come to Boise each Spring to work a seasonal position, I was extremely impressed with the quality of people and attention to detail they displayed during my service! I am happy to support such a professional team! Great job to the owner of this establishment!

Definitely not the quickest oil change, but they are very thorough! Also, I'm glad to have an option that doesn't include Pennzoil garbage oil. This is my oil change home for the future!

Seriously awesome! These guys were amazing! I was only visiting the area from Seattle but what a great team. Polite! Efficient! Great price for a coolant flush too!
