Poole Joint Replacement: Colin Poole, MD

I was recommended to Dr Poole by several friends. I had a hip replacement on my right hip in august, 2021, it was a awesome and a very quick recovery. Then just recently In March and my recovery was just a smooth. I can’t say enough about him, and his entire staff. I am a 66 year old female and this has changed my life! I waited and truly suffered 6 years before I finally got the nerve to have the surgery. It is TOTALLY worth it.

Dr Poole was so wonderful. My husband is looking forward to hip replacement soon!

I had a partial hip replacement in January 2020. Doctor Poole did a fantastic job. He is spot on with his work. I would not go anywhere but Doctor Poole. His staff is wonderful, and very nice. You never feel like you are not taken care of. Dr. Poole is also doing my right partial hip replacement in November. I will be in good hands.

I had a great experience with Dr. Poole and his office staff. They are very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I had a full hip replacement and will be doing the other one this year. Dr Poole is very informative and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He took time to listen to my questions and didn't rush me or make me feel like I was just another patient. He called to check on me the day after I left the hospital too. The surgery staff were all very professional and took care of my every need. Dr Poole did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I really appreciate Dr Poole's work. I had two hips replaced and feel great. I was able to cross country ski six weeks after second hip. Incisions are clean and intact with never a sign of infection. My range of motion is immensely improved. My back pain was reduced and I can stand much straighter. PT follow up helped this a lot.
I did ask for a copy of some reports that I never got. They weren't very important so I didn't follow up. I'm sure they would sent them if I asked again. Also their phone system seems to work well now.
Overall a very positive experience. I worked many years in the St Al's OR and would say they run a tight and efficient system.
Have patients when making an appointment, it may take a while.
