Body Calm is honestly the best. I've had multiple infrared sauna sessions here as well as a massage and every experience is better than the last.

Their facility is super clean and cosy, Paul is so responsive, helpful, and friendly, and Renelle gives one heck of a massage. Their prices are very reasonable as well and I really appreciate how seriously they are taking COVID guidelines so I always feel safe going there. I really only wish I lived closer!

Body Calm is my favorite place in Treasure Valley for yoga or a massage. The yoga studio is so clean and quiet, it's always a positive experience. I appreciate the variety of the classes and the welcoming atmosphere (instructors and students alike are friendly and caring). They also have several skilled massage therapists, and the online booking is easy and reliable. I love going here because it feels like being part of a close-knit community.
