PA Tom D is an excellent provider along with MA Shane. I always feel he listens well and provides solutions to my chronic ear issues. What I don’t appreciate is the scheduling at SWI, scheduling 2 people for the same time slot, Tom takes the time needed with each patient, but due to SWI scheduling, getting behind is inevitable. He’s worth the time, just need to plan to be at your 10 min appt at least 45 min.
I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and was referred to Dr. Rustad right away. He and his staff were great! He immediately took great care of my sudden situation and always felt in trusted hands. After a successful surgery and treatments, I continue to see him, which add to my peace of mind and validates his reputation around our Valley.
