The office is very nice and bright and clean! The front desk staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. The medical assistant was great! So helpful at the appointment and then later when I called for more information. I cannot recommend Dr. Swanson highly enough! At both visits, she was friendly and took her time to make sure all of the concerns we had were addressed. I especially liked that each employee talked to by sons, as those were the patients. They both felt listened to and understood. Dr. Swanson made sure the boys both knew what was discussed and allowed them to be part of the conversation and decision for treatment. What a great place!

I let Dr Thorpe and his assistant know that I get anxious when I have a numbing shot. They have always hurt and I tense up and can't relax. To my very pleasant surprise I did not feel any of the shots. I was relaxed during the procedure while we made small chat. I will go back to Dr Thorpe in a heart beat... thank you Dr Thorpe and Assistant.

Dr Thorpe and the amazing crew could not have been more accommodating while handling my case in a most professional manner. The concern for my health was genuine and was displayed with every action during my treatment.

Such an amazing clean bright office! The waiting room was bright and super clean! Our nurse promptly called us back and got us to our room. She was very thorough and made us feel super comfortable! When Dr. Swanson came in she was super nice and made my 14 year old feel super comfortable and asked her and I questions. She was super knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable with all the questions I had! It’s so nice to have the only pediatric dermatologist just around the corner from us!

Wow, the folks at Ada West Dermatology on Tenmile are the best! We had special circumstances due to my father with dementia. They went above and beyond to make the surgery successful with what could have been a disastrous situation. We are forever grateful for their caring, professional, helpful expertise! Such a relief to find this caring business!
