I want to start by saying the cakes taste amazing.
The taste, texture, and quality of these cakes is incomparable. I got one on Thanksgiving for the whole family to try and we all loved it.
Next up, the service provided by the workers is the best. I ordered my cake for the day before Thanksgiving because they were closed on the day of. Unfortunately, I missed the time to pick up the cake since they close at 5 and I got off work at 4:30. I emailed their business email address at about 7:00 pm later that night apologizing and asking if there was anything that we can do. Within 15 minutes I got a reply saying that someone could meet me there to pickup the cake even though they will be closed. That was such a generous and nice thing that it deserved a 5 star rating.
