I have been seeing Dr Ginger Allen as my general practioner since 2019 when I first moved to Ada County Idaho. I couldn't be happier with my doctor or this medical practice as a whole. They are kind and caring. They listen to you and act quickly to address your health concerns. I know I'm in good hands with Dr Allen and Primary Health Medical Group!

3/22/2021 - This is my main doctor’s office, and I’ve always been happy with their care. This morning my husband and I came in for our COVID vaccines, and Kim made the process exceptionally chill and fun. Lovely personality. I’m guessing she helps to put many patients at ease! Thank you, Kim 😊

Called at 730lm for a COVID test for my daughter. They had us in within ten minutes and we were out by 750pm. Very attentive and efficient, from the person who answered the phone to the nurse and provider. I will never go anywhere else. Primary health has THE BEST caring service in the valley. We always are treated like people when we come here.

Allison Rogers is a rockstar. She took the time to listen to what's going on when others wouldn't. because, what we thought was a pulled muscle, ended up being two blood clots and the start of pneumonia in his chest. Had we not known that things, might be different today, so I just want to tell her that I think she's an angel and I appreciate how she handled the whole thing. Actually everybody we talked to that day was very great and had they not listened we might not have even got to see Allison so I just want to thank God and everybody involved as well.

The office is just across the street. I was seen ASAP by staff who seemed to genuinely care. I wasn't just number 3 in the waiting room. I received professional, prompt care and was impressed I didn't have to be sent to a hospital for x-rays. I have a primary care physician whom I really like but cannot always get in to see. What a great group this is. Highly recommended.
