These guys went above and beyond to get it right before they presented them to me, and I have to say their quality control is outstanding, the hats came out amazing, with a surprising amount of detail. The staff there was easy to work with and very professional I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.”

“Been here a handful of times. The food comes out fast, and is always delicious. I'd give it 5 stars but today's service could have been better. We went for brunch this time. I sat myself and my family because when I walked in, I was ignored. Wasn't sure if I was suppose to seat myself for there was no sign saying so. I sat and watched other people come in, sit down, place their order before a young man came and asked if he could get us something to drink. I got up and got a single menu for my family to share myself. The young man must have tipped off our server, for 5 minutes later she came around. I have worked in the food industry and I understand what it means to give grace & receive it too. We'll be back. The art work is a splendar to look at if you like country living.”

“This place is usually easy to get in and out of with friendly enough staff however today I went to return shoes to a manufacturer and had an odd experience. I went in and was told I'd need to purchase a box to put the shoe box in which I expected to do however then I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't bring tape to tape the return label to the box. "We can't supply anything because that's prepaid postage" Even though I was buying one of their boxes? They'd help me tape the box closed but turned me away because they can't spare tape for the return label. Very odd not to be helped over tape. Leaving four stars because I've had satisfactory experiences here before but today was petty.”

So I sought a person with small town vibes, like those we were familiar with, to help us acquire the coverage that we needed in this new big city we call home now. In Lynn, we found that person and vibe. He helped me immediately with the various coverages we needed, and turned it all around in a week or so, and, just like that, we were ready to go. He has wonderful documents for the layperson so that nothing was lost in translation, and he continued to find ways to better our coverage, which continued to lower our overall costs. He is funny and kind, generous with his time, contacts, communication, and resources. He asks questions and listens, which communicated to me that he wants to know who we are as his customers, just as we want to know what our go-to person is all about. I do not feel like just another customer. I feel like I have a friend in this growing community who is there to help out in any way he can. So five stars and high fives! Call him.”
