“I wanted to take a moment and share what a fabulous experience I had at The Fitness Co this morning. I have been really concerned about stepping back in the gym due to Covid-19. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the gym. Every. Single. Weight. was handed to me AFTER being cleaned. All handles on surfaces were cleaned prior to me touching them. My trainer and all other trainers and patrons were masked. Clear signs are placed where they can easily be read and rules followed. Thank you Debbie and Rusty for doing an amazing job for our community!”

“I had a knee injury that was healing SO slowly, and I had lost the ability to straighten my leg alltogether. I finally decided to go to PT and am SO glad I did. Each visit, Gavin spent the whole hour (and more) with me regaining strength and ROM. I was impressed with how many different techniques he used and how effective they were. My flexibility improved greatly after just the first visit. He also had a great list of exercises for me to do at home. Overall, Gavin knows his stuff and I am FINALLY walking without assistance.”
