(November 15, 2022, 11:35 am)Managers very accommodating and helpful as well as very pleasant. I came up to go Elk Hunting and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfect….clean and comfortable. It snowed heavily and it was very cold….a warm shower, a warm room and a comfortable bed couldn’t be better. The Idaho City Hotel is a wonderful 100 year old hotel in a community with an amazing history. The managers Tara and Rob provide the perfect atmosphere when visiting this historic community. Check in and stay awhile, you won’t regret it. Tom

(May 9, 2022, 12:32 am)Idaho City Hotel is nestled in the quiet town and convenient to the grocery store, gas station and several restaurants. The host is very attentive. We enjoy the hot shower with excellent water pressure.

It's been years since I've stayed in the rooms and I hear they are better than they used to be, but I appreciate how community-supportive this business is. They made great Chili for the Idaho City Chili Cookoff last March! They also have 🏕 tent camping in the back with a Campfire pit.

(July 6, 2021, 12:10 pm)I love idaho city! By far my fav get away spot. This hotel is so cute! Very clean and we'll kept!we were the only ones for the night and it was nice and quiet! Rob was so nice and professional! We will be coming back for sure! Thanks for having such a great welcoming place for people to just get away!
