(August 17, 2022, 9:12 pm)Had trouble determining if my trailer brake were bad, or if the problem was on my truck wiring. They told me to come on down and they will take a look at the trailer. Great news the problem was not on the trailer! That really helped to determine where to focus my trouble shooting!! What a friendly family run business!

(December 8, 2021, 10:32 pm)Was getting loaded nearby when I noticed my trailer running lights were inop. I called in and told them my situation and asked me to come by so they can take a look. Turned out to be just a blown fuse on my truck, but they didn't waste any time figuring it out. They tested my electrical pigtail and found the issue was coming from my truck. Not even 5 minutes later they replaced the blown fuse and I was on the road again. Thank you! Will definitely stop by again if I have any issues in the area! Top notch service!

(March 27, 2021, 2:26 am)True customer service is rare these days, but it can be found over at Old West Trailer Repair with the great people who run it. As soon as I pulled up to the shop, before I even got out of the truck, a young man was there to greet me and ask me how he could help, despite the fact he was in the middle of working on a cattle trailer.
Kori and Vince are the owners and they obviously care a great deal about their work and those they provide service to.
I am a construction contractor and I barely had time to get my trailer serviced, so Kori ensured the job was taken care of immediately and she finished it up the very next day with new brakes and wiring. Despite their heavy work load, they treated me as if I was their only customer.
I really cannot think of any other business I would recommend as highly as this family owned shop.
If you need trailer work done, don't go anywhere else but Old West.
