(June 22, 2023, 1:30 am)It’s a super clean gym with nice staff. There’s a variety of equipment which is great. However, it’s so busy it’s hard to use anything in the weight room… even at night. Caldwell definitely needs a bigger location sooner than later.
(December 14, 2022, 3:05 pm)New to this gym, but I like it so far. Less than half the cost of my previous gym and it's open 24/7. It's always clean, never too loud, lots of free weights and nice equipment.

I want to help the Caldwell community get healthier and this gym is family owned with GREAT owners who truly care about the community!
