I am so grateful to have found Dr. Gardner. My 2.5 month old has Torticollis and Plagiocephaly and we needed to see a chiropractor along with doing craniosacral Therapy. We started somewhere else for about 2-3 visits and my sons sleeping was completely disrupted. He went from 5-7 hour stretches to 20 min to an hour in a half. Our appointments were always so rushed and not fitting for HIM. Fast forward to today and it was night and day difference. Dr. Gardner did a full comprehensive exam of our son, asked so many questions and answered all of mine. She explained things thoroughly as well. The appointment wasn’t rushed at all and I felt she truly knew why she was doing. I’m excited to return next week and come up with a treatment plan for him.

Also, her office is soooo clean and orderly. I love it. We will eventually get our other children to see her once we get our some going.

I started going to Vitality Family Chiropractic during my pregnancy. I wanted a chiropractor that was familiar with the Webster technique.
I wanted chiropractic care so that my delivery would be as smooth as possible.
Baby maintained optimal position during pregnancy.
I just delivered my first baby. He was 8 lbs 11 Oz and I’m a small gal. Total labor was 11 hours. Not bad for a first time! Once his head was out he just shot out, no shoulder getting stuck or anything.
I plan on using chiropractic care the next time we have a baby!
Dr. Jamie has been super professional as well as knowledgeable. She is kind and understanding.
I love that she takes the time to answer my many questions A plus is I always get to relax during my adjustments.:)

After having had back pain for several years, I finally decided to invest in chiropractic care. Dr. Jaime is methodical in her treatment, remembers personal details about her patients, and genuinely cares about overall health. I’m very pleased to be working with her.

Dr. Jaime is wonderful! I saw her through my third pregnancy as I was having hip and rib pain that kept me from sleeping and working. She was informative, gentle and wonderful. I was very nervous to be adjusted while pregnant but she uses a very gentle technique.

After several car accidents, sitting on the job for decades in my former career as a court reporter, and countless hours daily working on a laptop, I finally decided to get the consistent chiropractic care my body needs by going to Dr. Gardner. No one should live in pain, even if you have gotten used to it, like I did.

It is amazing how your body can be restored to a much healthier and happier state, no matter what your age, and even after years of neglect. Dr. Gardner’s techniques are different from what I was used to with other chiropractors, and they are very gentle. But gentle does not mean ineffective. I am experiencing longer-lasting results as my body heals, without any soreness or symptoms of detox from day one.

So happy to have found Dr. Gardner and to have her as an integral part of my wellness team. Highly recommend!
