My stance showed that my stance was off kilter. He then had me wear a small lift in one shoe to balance out my stance. That suggestion, combined with adjustments made all the difference. Recently, I began to experience a stabbing pain in one of my knees. I figured it was just a normal process of aging but I dutifully researched exercises to help strengthen my knees. Although the exercises did alleviate the pain a bit, I asked Dr Gough if there was something he could suggest. He recommended a laser treatment for my aching knee. I admit that I was a bit skeptical. But the results convinced me that this treatment works. Dr Gough did also suggest exercises for post treatment maintenance of my knee. Weeks later I am pain free - Thank you Dr Gough!
