Working here has been so rewarding. I find that when employees leave, they always find their way back. This facility is more like a family than it is work and I am so appreciative of that.
I have worked at a few different nursing care facilities in the Treasure Valley and The Orchards by far is the best and I would recommend my own family to stay here. The CNAs are very experienced and the call light times are excellent. All of the nursing staff including management are very caring and supportive of one another. The views of the outdoors and the park are truly beautiful. The residents also really enjoy having a garden that they contribute to. I really enjoy being a part of their team!
I can not say enough about how great this place is! My mothers has been here for years and has always felt so loved. Even through all of this COVID pandemic the staff have always treated her like part of their family. They have done so much to keep her safe and take such great care of her. I am so thankful for everyone at this facility and everything they do for my mom!
What an amazing place for your loved ones. My sister was here for rehab. The staff were always so friendly and went above and beyond to make her feel special, she received amazing care. I’m so thankful for all the amazing staff and everything they did for my sister and all of the residents!
