“Going to Peak Therapy in Mountain Home, ID was the best decision I made for getting stronger and controlling my pain. Not only did it help with my sciatic/back pain but they have made me an over all stronger person physically. There was no fooling around and just doing some stretches, they made you own your workout. If you were doing it wrong, they stopped and corrected you for a better outcome. I worked with Cory, Sara and Sammy and can only say good things. They made me feel confident in the workouts and made sure I understood why it was necessary. They are genuinely pleasant, talented, and a knowledgeable group of people.
