“An engine warning light came on in my Chrysler T & C while taking my dog for an appointment. I called 3 Chrysler dealers and they all said it would be at least 3 weeks before I could have my car looked at, and cost $120 for a diagnostic. I then looked up Auto Repair shops and found one literally across the street from where I was parked. Matt from Tech Hedz said to bring it by after my appointment. I took it there, he diagnosed it as a thermostat issue ( at no charge), said it wasn’t an issue to drive the car, and told me to bring it back 2 days later to be repaired. My wife and I were relieved to hear that it was a minor repair, and THRILLED to be able to get it fixed in two days! Will DEFINITELY be bringing both off our cars to Tech Hedz for future service.”

“Called this morning to see what time they closed today, the technician was very nice on the phone and answered all questions I had. Went there this afternoon and there were 3 cars in front of me. The line moved fast and before I knew it about 10 minutes later there I was getting my car tested. He was great, efficient, friendly and nice. Heads up yes he takes cards but there is a fee. I paid $20 in cash and gave him a $5 tip. With that being said don’t forget to tip!!! Will be back in 2 years. Would highly recommend!!”
