“This is truly a high performance company. I had a huge ant infestation not too long ago. These carpenter ants where chewing up my old slightly rotten deck until eco city sent their boys in black to exterminate these buggers. As a mother of 5 I was nervous whether the products where safe around my kids. They went ahead and explained the science behind their products and how safe these products where around children, elderly people and pets. This brought a huge relief. “I am very impressed with the extremely friendly and helpful customer service that the Nampa store manager, Shelby, gives to me and other customers. Whenever I need to find music festival pieces for my piano students, she gets them for me as soon as possible. If the pieces are not in the Nampa store, she has someone from the Meridian store bring them over saving me gas and time. Most recently, Shelby spent time calling all over Idaho to other Dunkley Music stores and the Chesbro warehouse to find a piano duet piece I needed. That makes me a very happy customer!”

“I love stopping in at different antique and thrift stores. This one is in a very old and drafty building, but it didn’t matter. You can tell the very friendly owner have been working hard to clean and organize the store as well as putting in juice/coffee bar. I love to find secret treasures to decorate my home & myself, and to find things for gifting to others that I think they would enjoy. I design and make jewelry, so I appreciate the talents of other jewelry makers. I found 3 pieces that I loved, and considered taking a photo of them to make at sometime for myself and possibly to create some similar ones to sell or gift to others, but because the prices were so fair, I chose to purchase them. Now I can wear these today, and still make more later if I wish. I will definitely come back to see how much the store changes as time goes by and possibly make more purchases when I go through Idaho City again someday! “Food was so good, Love Blimpie! But the employee that made my sandwich is the reason I'll be back. She was or is a Rockstar! The pressure she was in was super stressful and she worked it with a smile. With the online orders coming in, customers at the counter, and a kid crying. She was amazing nice job!
