“Hi Last year between Christmas and New Year. The shop was closed, not only did the owners come down and open up to give me a used boat I had bought. They took the time to go thru the entire boat and answer my questions. They had previously told me that the boat had a relatively new engine which it did. What they hadn’t told me was all the other service they had done on the boat. They had gone thru the pump and put new steering cables on the boat. I was finally able to use the boat yesterday. It preformed flawlessly. I own a 4&1/2 star Auto Parts store, I know the importance of a happy satisfied customer. Idaho Marine has certainly made me that customer. Great detail work for a car that is 10 years old. You can tell by their selection of cars they only pick the best. I spoke to the owner and he to was very nice and honest. We had a minor issue and the owner made things right without any questions or pushback, trust me I know from experience that some dealerships will wipe their hands clean of any issues once you drive off the lot.
