Went outside to smoke while I checked my funds to verify proper amount in account. She gave me plenty of grace. Then politely came out and asked me the consumer what I was wanting to do with my items. She was very nice and we both came to a mutual understanding of what was happening. She passed with flying colors. It was after all the end if her shift. Probably had to deal with all sorts of personalities and managed to handle her position in the most appropriate way. Her name is Michelle... French origins male name Micheil meaning Like God. Wish we had more Michelle's in this world... We need them.. to her boss. She needs a raise. Deserves it.
