(December 23, 2018, 7:29 am)A beautiful park, children's museum, nature preserve and farm, even when there are no special events taking place! For the kids: dwarf horses and farm animals to pet, Exploration Station, farm and playground. For adults: miles of paved bike and walking paths through prairie grass or woods to the Kankakee River and Indian Caves. Many events take place here as well, including vintage car and farm equipment shows, concerts and seasonal presentations. Too many to name! A real gem often overlooked by locals.

From the acting to the action they deliver on great autumn memories with attractions for the whole family! Loved every minute of it and can't wait again for next year!

(July 23, 2018, 10:53 pm)Fun park, many wheelchair friendly paths. The real draw are the Indian Caves. Be careful going too high up, there are many places where you could legitimately fall and seriously injure yourself. Exploring the caves doesn't have to be dangerous, just know your limits and have a friend with you. It's a great park and a hidden gem of the area. It's not exactly the kind of place you could explore for weeks, you could easily see everything in a single day.

(July 16, 2018, 9:23 pm)Lots of paved trails. Play area. Exploration station is a paid indoor center for kids. Dogs, biking, jogging, fishing on the river or walking trails by a creek. Its a great place. Not to mention the small farm. More animal's and it would get 5 stars.
