Updated. I did get called at 930 so that's okay. Once I got in the back The lady who took my X-rays was very nice and gentle and caring. The African American Dr that examined my X-rays she was very nice and explained everything to me.
The African American clerk who check me in was nice friendly and sweet.
I been coming here for years and never saw these people before.
They really need to keep this new staff.
The previous women who set up the appointment was mean. All they dead was eat take breaks and gossipping ......
If they keep the staff members that I encounter today I guarantee they reviews will go up.
And Keep the African Dentist's he's Great.
The other changes They open up at 9. My appt is at 9. I asked the other 6 people who waiting here what time they appointment was and was told they appointment is also at 9
If You have one dentist why give everyone the same appt time .
Please change this and do things in order and you will have better reviews and more customers.
for example give appts like this 9 935 1035 and so on.
I seen dentist and drs office they scheduled this way and patient will be in and out.
However I was in and out today in no time

This is a very wonderful place to be at, everyone is very welcoming. Dr Albert is my all time favorite doctor and he is very gentle with my mouth. 10/10 I give this place.
This place is freaking amazing. The people here are very nice. Maria and Bernice the front desk assistant are the most easiest to talk to. I love this place and will continue to go there.
Was seen last week by Dr. Albert. Was in so much pain with a toothache. Was turned down by other dental offices. Told the extraction was too difficult. I was so ready to pull it out myself. Staff was able to get me in same day. The assistant was very professional and took her time. Dr was very fast and didn't even know the tooth was out. Thank you Sonrisa!
i came in as a walk in, got seen fast. staff are helpful. end up needing a root canal. doctor was so great with me didn't even feel the shot. after root canal i been feeling much better. Thank You Sonrisa for helping me & good deals with the sonrisa membership plans. my family and I will always come here. until next time
