Oral Surgery Center

When having a tooth extracted can be frightening especially if you're awake during the process. The staff does what they can to ease the process and to my surprise I didn't feel a thing. My thanks to everyone.

I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Robin Gallardi today. Office staff were all polite and professional. I waited no more than 5 min for my appointment. Dental technician all introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gallardi explained everything about the procedure to me slowly and clearly giving me eye contact. I dont like going to the dentist ever... so this extraction was in my opinion very painful despite the local anesthetic. Cindy the tech stood by and provided support and comfort to me as a patient while assisting the dentist. Her gentle pats on my shoulder really put at ease a little despite my situation. The procedure was completed in less than an hour and i was released back into the world one tooth less. Dr. Gallardi was good. I would recommend her. I'm sure results will vary based on each patient dental situation.

Excellent customer service! Had boyfriends wisdom tooth removed.. will be returning for another one soon! He told me he had great care during the procedure, made him feel welcome and comfortable. Quick procedure and great follow up care/instructions, including a check up phone call! Would suggest to anyone!
