Busy B Laundromat Chicago Heights

This place is GOD SENT. when our washer broke during a very expensive full-home renovation, wedding being planned, and new car purchase, we had to figure out something fast. I contacted Busy B to see how they can help. They do a pickup and drop-off service, which their owner Bernard, is insanely incredible. They are on time, my clothes smell like heaven, and it’s PERFECT for us (for now), until we purchase another washer and dryer. I have used the multiple times, and will continue to do so while we are working our way toward the laundry room for the rehab (although this service is such a lifesaver as a busy, working dog and step mom, I’m a little spoiled with the help now 😩😉)

I’ve drove by this place a few times on my way to laundry basket up the street but today they were too full for me so I decided to come down to busy b. Best decision I’ve made!! Ms.Hattie was ABSOLUTELY warm and welcoming making sure that not only my needs were met but everyone that walked through that door. Not to mention she wasn’t playing about those mask and keeping the establishment clean and tidy which you don’t see at most laundromats which I loved. I can honestly say I loved my experience and will be a returning customer of Busy B.

Mrs Hattie was doing her job making sure everyone had on their mask and I loved it. Very clean and maintained.

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in the area temporarily for work and this is the only place I'll do my laundry. Consistently super clean and friendly staff. Feels like going to your family's house to do laundry. Ms. Hattie is a gem!!
Edit: I thought Ms. Hattie had a new helper and it was the owner! He was kind, welcoming, and he genuinely thanked me for coming to his business.

Wonderful! Ms Hattie is a blessing! She is So sweet & so hospitable. Most Establishments are missing staff members with tenderness and care. She makes a connection with every customer. Outside of Ms Hattie's gold star service, all the machines look new, they work great, very clean, and the machines finish on time! I regret giving 2 yrs of business to the laundry basket up the street. This location is so much better. Bring quarters or cash or be prepared to download an app to pay for machines with a card.
