Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my window took over 6 weeks to get installed and I wasn't being kept updated on the status. I believed they called my husband phone instead of mine. And I think the clean up could of been a little better. It wasn't a lot of mess left, but very dusty. But overall a good experience.

(November 24, 2018, 12:16 pm)This company does service well. I give them an A+. Prices may seem high but door service in general is expensive (as we've come to learn). However, their quote for a job came in hundreds less than their competitor and they come out right away and do a great job! We've used them several times at our business and only once did they have to come back to fix something they worked on, at their expense. Very satisfied!

They are thorough and sincere about the customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. From the first visit where he spent plenty of time answering all my questions with in depth explanation. He showed me a variety of options for my garage doors, but the best part was he made it personal he was not a salesman he became a friend. The doors were customized for my home, then the price was customized to my budget. From consultation to ordering to delivery and installation it was a smooth and quick process. Extremely genuine people, selling a high quality product.

(October 22, 2018, 7:10 pm)We needed an automatic sliding door repair for our Hotel's entryway. The scheduler was very polite and clear, and scheduled us in. The field technician called me before arriving at the hotel, which was exactly on time, and was very clear to me what he was doing. Upon inspecting the door, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and completed the work professionally. I believe his name was Ron. We will not hesitate to call them in the future for all of our properties. Thank you for fixing a headache for us in a quick and cost efficient manner.
