(March 19, 2018, 4:20 pm)My transmission was going out; so, I called around and found one at Broadway Auto Parts for a fair price. They had it delivered to a shop where it was installed. After the installation was finished it became apparent that the transmission had been damaged either before or during the installation. The owner of the shop claimed no responsibility; so, I thought I had wasted the money on the repair work. I took the car back to Broadway Auto Parts and spoke with Armando about it. He wasn't sure whether the part was damaged by his guys or by the shop that installed it; so, he agreed to have another one installed free of charge. I know that a lot of people in the car repair industry are dishonest, but Armando is a man of his word, and Broadway Auto Parts is a great company to do business with.
